Return of goods

Return of defectives.
In the unlikely event that a product proves defective, it is returned and replaced with no cost to the customer.
If the item has sustained damage during attempted installation or its initial (ex factory) condition has been altered no return
is accepted and the shipping costs will be on customer’s account.

Return of non defective products.
Return of products is possible within 5 days from receipt (as per the dates on the receipt form and the return request form).
Original casing or wrapping (where applicable) should be intact, the product should have to installation attempt marks and it should
be in the original (ex factory) condition.
The shipping costs for return are on customer’s account.

Return procedure.
The return of a product is effectuated in the same way its initial shipping has taken place. If the original packaging has been destroyed,
you should take appropriate measures to pack it properly for return shipping. Please include in the package a letter stating the reason
of return and the way you wish to settle the balance.
We wish to inform you that returns that do not fulfill the above requirements will be shipped back to the sender on his own costs.
